Bradley and Don Dahowski, two battle-hardened veterans of the pool industry
recognized a problem. Things were getting tough for Distributors. Never ones
to shirk a challenge, they enlisted the thinking of a few friends in the
manufacturing sector. They all agreed on the crucial role distributors play
in getting products to end-users in a timely manner. They also realized the
critical importance of product choice. There must be a way, they felt, to
join forces, coordinate everyone's efforts, and attack the problem areas
with force.
Manufacturers Alliance for Choice was born!
After many discussions and planning sessions, agreement was reached and the Manufacturers Alliance for Choice was launched. MAC is an organization of veteran independent manufacturers with reputations for high quality products, great service, technological ingenuity, strong financial strength, and the ability to listen and understand your needs. These manufacturers can now provide the industry with a full line of products products that may not have been possible before through combined financial resources and know-how. And more new products are on the way.
Many Distributors have endorsed MAC's formation and support MAC's mission. And they welcome MAC as a strong ally in an increasingly competitive and ever-changing marketplace.
